Penny Votzourakis – Customer Service Guru

Human behaviour has always been a curiosity for customer service guru, Penny Votzourakis.

Growing up in a very social family, Penny learnt early on in life, the importance of building great relationships and communicating effectively.

Her passion for people led her into retail sales at an early age, and for over twenty-five years Penny has developed retail sales training and management programs to help small businesses influence, inspire, and educate their staff to create extraordinary experiences for themselves and their clients. Working as a retail manager for a leading global brand, gave Penny insight and hands-on experience in balancing service with sales. Penny formed strong, long lasting client relationships with her customers, who returned to Penny for advice when buying, over and over again. Penny first learned her craft on the retail floor and honed it in the training room.

“People buy People,” says Penny. “If you build great rapport with your clients, give them an experience they will never forget, and give them significance and connection, then they will be happy to give you their money.”

Whether she is enjoying time with friends and family at the beach, eating out, or training salespeople to reach their full potential, Penny is fun, inspiring, and passionate about all she does.
